Our villa offers a SOUTH facing pool and NO rear neighbours, we also have six foot high fencing, making the pool area secluded without completely obscuring the Pine Forest view.
The house has Air-conditioning in every room, with heating for the winter - Automatically switching between modes.
As it is our second home, we have furnished it to a very high standard, with all the 'comforts of home' so to speak.
Our Villa is located only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort and other Major Attractions… not to mention, several
GOLF COURSES. GolfWest list 26 in the area. All abilities welcomed. The nearest is about 2 miles away in Davenport.
This peaceful location has the advantage of being located only 1 mile north on the Hwy 27 from the WEST end of Highway 192(530), being close to the 192 with all its restaurants, shops and other facilities.

During your stay at “Pine Tree View” your safety and security are of utmost importance. To this end the villa and pool area meets all the Florida state regulations. With door alarms fitted to all exits from the house to the pool area (these can be muted), so ensuring no one enters the pool area without your knowledge.
Our villa has a Fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, emergency lighting.
